I had a great experience here my first visit I got a dress the owner herself helped me. She took her time and really listened to what I wanted and recommended some really beautiful gowns. They really care here I give 5 stars and two thumbs up. I would definitely recommend this store
I had a great experience here. I had crystal has my consultant and she listened to my wants and needs. She was supportive and helped me narrow down my decision between dresses and I ended up finding the dress that is perfect for me and my day. They have a large selection with different designers. I went to other store and nothing fit me well and was stressful. Everything i tried on looked good and it was hard deciding between dresses! Thank you for a positive experience!
We visited at least six bridal salons in the quest for the perfect gown for my daughter, and we found the best selection at Ferndales. It probably helped that we were able to browse the aisles as well, we found that not every salon will allow you to do that. The owners are very friendly and helpful, and their assistants are very polite and knowledgeable. My daughter tried on several very flattering gowns, and found "the one" at Ferndales!

Opted for a reserved private showing this past Sunday to wedding dress shop with my daughter. There were 10 of us that went and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The husband/wife owners were most gracious and friendly. Kristen the stylist was extremely helpful and patient throughout the process. They had mimosas, fresh fruit, cheese and crackers and cookies for us to snack on the 3+ hours we were there.
