I had a scary problem during covid lock-down in 2020, and no one else would even open up. Mike saw me, fixed my issue and I have been a client ever since. I love the personal and casual atmosphere, he knows what he is doing, and discusses costs and what insurance will or won't pay for in advance. No surprises. Could not be happier.
We got a same day appointment after my 7 year old, who is scared of doctors, scratched her eye pretty badly. She was terrified to let anyone touch or look at her eye or even go to the doctor. He was kind, playful, and patient with her to the point that she let him put dye in her eye, touch her eyelid, and examine her scratched eye which was great because the scratch was bad and needed antibiotics. I’d definitely recommend this place especially if you have kids.
I called to set up appointments for both my daughter and myself. I was given a date and time for later in the week. I rearranged schedules of my kids and myself to make this work as well as my husband took work off for the day to care for our youngest 3 children. Upon arriving the receptionist told me she remembered making the appointment but she actually told me the wrong date. She went in the back and spoke with the doctor about the "mix up".
