Fortuna/Ferndale vet has come through for my family many, many times! We have taken 10 cats to them, 7 of which are still with us, and they have received affordable and quality care each time. One of the three we've lost had to be re-homed and the other two, sadly, passed away. Both times we were grateful to have Fortuna/Ferndale vet to help us through the process. Absolutely the best Vets around. I drive an hour and a half to get to them.
Lost my cat Thora. Not happy with Ferndale Vet. Tried to talk to Dr. Flores with two messages, never got back to me. Dr. Burke was Dr. Death for me, no compassion, no kindness. Not going back to this hospital again.
The Fortuna and Ferndale offices are incredible. Our latest visit was the hardest and most painful one. We had to say goodbye to our Rogue. They gave us our own room so our family could come and give her love before we let her go. A few weeks later, we received a hand carved wooden box with her ashes and a pretty rock with her name carved into it as well. We love Ferndale/Fortuna Vet and will always recommend their high quality animal care to our friends and family.
