I had my family doctor in this clinic for years and I can tell that the receptionist/ secretary is sooo unreliable and also very rude!!! My husband had appointment with the family and he took a day off for it. When we got to the clinic, this lady just said that it's virtual. How would we know? She didn't tell when we scheduled. She didn't even make a pre-call. And she added that the doctor isn't available as well. So, we rescheduled. Same thing, my husband took a day off. To be fair my issue was a simple strep throat test, but I had no issues compared to some of these other reviews. In and out within 30 minutes, doctor was fine, pharmacy had what I needed, no complaints.

Wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone. Both staff and doctors were incredibly rude and highly inconsiderate. Very clear that patients and quality care are not their focus. Never bringing my family there again.
