I had my family doctor in this clinic for years and I can tell that the receptionist/ secretary is sooo unreliable and also very rude!!! My husband had appointment with the family and he took a day off for it. When we got to the clinic, this lady just said that it's virtual. How would we know? She didn't tell when we scheduled. To be fair my issue was a simple strep throat test, but I had no issues compared to some of these other reviews. In and out within 30 minutes, doctor was fine, pharmacy had what I needed, no complaints.
