Terrible receptionist , terrible staff . They lose paperwork , lose tests . Completely violate hipa and should be investigated for their negligence to achieve their job. I am completely disappointed and blown away by the level of professionalism and dedication they have to the patients . You could have better care from a vet tech

She listens attentively and consistently goes above and beyond to provide exceptional care. I have always had positive experiences with the medical assistants and front desk staff as well.
