Please don’t waste yo time with these weird unprofessional a** people one big SCAM. I put a application was told that I got accepted told them my move in date paid the deposit just for them to send me a email 3 days before I move in that I got denied, they didn’t tell me anything got a attitude when i asked the lady questions didn’t wanna communicate with me. And the apartments didn’t even look like the pictures please go somewhere else and I still haven’t received my deposit or a apology for them messing

don't even think twice about living here, the place is a mess, cockroaches everywhere and everywhere you look there is garbage, the neighbors throw garbage from the balcony at the back of the building. the maintenance is lousy they only make patchwork repairs, frequent murders in this condominium and shootings. They try to kick out the old tenants by raising the rent to $950. and usually the rents are between 550 and 650 dollars for now. these disgusting apartments are not worth living here. I think roaches might secretly own the place, it'd explain why the PM's want them there so badly. My rent went down five bucks a month after the shooting in the parking lot a couple months back. They switched trash companies too. We used to have like six dumpsters. Now each half of the 1000+ person complex gets one, and maybe they'll get emptied this month.
