This place doesn't deserve a star but I had to give one so I can comment.
I recently moved into Ferncliff South. I like my 2 BR apartment very much. (That's the only reason for my 3 stars) But the building I moved into has got to be THE WORST building in this place. The family that lives above me (I'm on the second floor) has got to be the loudest, wildest, rudest people in this entire complex. The kids literally stomp the their floor repeatedly, so hard that it rattles the light fixtures on my ceiling, rattles the stove eyes on my stove, I feel the strong vibrations in my feet on my floor.
