Fired them after they continually didn't show up and uses constant excuses. They broke sprinkler heads and also cut my Christmas lights and didn't say a word or offer to fix or replace. I have had a new company for over 6 months yet Fernbrook continues to send me invoices. I have sent multiple nice texts messages, emais- which they don't respond to or read, and left voicemails on their phone requesting for them to stop se do g me invoices. Not all business owners understand how significant communication is to the makers by or breaking of their business. I’ve used him for about 3 years. 1.5 of those is because I was having health issues and didn’t have it in me to babysit him. Now? Back in March they ran into my fence and damaged it. I let him know right away via email with pictures. Nothing from him. I let him know that I would t be paying him until my fence was repaired in the emails. That isn’t the only issue. Great people and they do a amazing job!
I had a different landscaping company cutting my lawn, one day they just stop coming and I saw Fernbrook landscaping while driving gave them a call they came out gave me a very reasonable estimate and my lawn looks so amazing! All my neighbors get their lawn cut by them.
So far they have only done my yard once and already it's a huge improvement over my prior service. Sean is very thorough and incredibly detailed. I love how my yard looks!
