Recently, we purchased a property from Fernbrooke Builder in Caledon, and our experience has been very disappointing. The quality of materials used was below standard, and the contractor’s workmanship was poor. To make matters worse, the customer service representatives were rude and arrogant, showing little regard for professionalism or courtesy. Overall, this builder appears to be more focused on profit than on customer satisfaction. I strongly recommend that others avoid purchasing from them. Balaji Prathibha
