I was late to a show that was being filmed. My watch was loose. Clearly I couldn't film my stand up set with this monstrosity sliding up and down my arm like a day at coney island. I swung into fernbaughs on a way to the venue... they took some links out and had me on the road in less than 10 minutes. Excellent help! Excellent service! Very much appreciated the speed too.

Had to stop in to get a ring resized and it was fast and beautifully done. There team didn’t even take a full 48hrs to get the ring completed and back to us. Great customer service and a friendly environment.
We have been frequenting Fernbaugh’s for many years and always have had good service here. We recently attended their closeout sale and purchased a couple of bracelets and a chain. They were so helpful and curtious with us even though the store was packed with customers. It was a couple of months ago and they are still looking fine. Very happy with them. Also got a clasp fixed on a bracelet watch band for an Apple Watch and it has held up perfectly. It came back finished much earlier than promised. Just a great jewelry store... read more
I was greeted by Amanda as soon as I entered Fernbaugh’s store. I told her what I wanted and showed her the pendent I needed the chain for. She took care of my needs and we talked about other pieces as she finished. Very efficient but not rushed. Excellence service.
