I waited 2 months to get an appointment and once I did I waited an hour and a half to get seen. He was great but I feel that our time as patients isn’t respected. Once I was rescheduled it was 3 months out. I showed up to my appointment 18min late and they wanted to reschedule me after I had already waited months and I was expecting to wait hours like the last time. There’s better therapist that won’t make you go months waiting for an appointment just to cancel you.
The front lady is so sweet and professional. Fernando Muniz is so understanding i’m so excited to continue seeing him.
