I wasn’t going to write this review at first but I’m beyond disappointed in this office. I’m only giving 1 star because it’s required and also because I actually like Dr. Ingram as a person. I would not recommend this practice to anyone I know. - First, when they say they are going to send in a prescription, they never do it on time. When you can't get an appointment after being a patient, kids and grandchildren, for 20+ years or a prescription refill that the child takes everyday. Poor poor patient doctor communication.
Once you get an appointment here . You will be waiting for a long time to get seen by the doctor. They are very slow and un organized. I had to keep going in asking about when my child was going to get seen , that I had to leave so I wouldn’t be late for work . They are the worse I have been to with my children 0/10 don’t recommend.
Very sweet people, had my sons medicine ready quick and made sure all his medicines were filled.
