Wait time is completely ridiculous. Even when you arrive 15 minutes before your appt, you are stuck waiting over an hour to two hours at least to get seen . It happens every time I come. You do not get updated on what they are testing you for or how your pregnancy or baby is going unless you directly ask. Staff is cordial, but very young, but the wait time to get seen is a big no for me. Definitely going to another doctor my next pregnancy. Somewhere where they are more attentive, informative, and have a lesser wait time.
Dr otero and his team are very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend them I asked for the information of my appointments and the desk lady said “Oh no it’s just be word “ the months went by and they would cancel my appointments due to doctor being busy or going out for emergency. I was at 38 weeks according to them I still had a whole month to go it was horrible. Dr limas had to take care of me the day of giving birth and I loved it. El doctor es excelente pero el tiempo de espera es insoportable , hoy tuve mi cita a 1pm fui la 1 en llegar , eran las 2:50 y el doctor aun no me atendia, salí a preguntar si se tardaba mucho y me dicen q estaba en la habitación 5 , como es posible eso si yo era la 1 , o sea muy mal trabajo , no respetan el orden de llegada
