I don’t understand why this clinic has such great reviews. Maybe it’s just because of the Doctor. Overall, wait time is ridiculous. I literally went to an appointment spent about 4 1/2 hours just to be seen by the doctor for 10 minutes. I was only seen once at this clinic and when I tried to transfer over to a different clinic for medical release information, they made it almost impossible Or you can say difficult for that information to be transferred over. Staff was very rude when trying to get information over the phone. Overall tone was very aggravated and monotone and seemed rushed to hang up the phone. Staff should be nicer and more patient, especially when we are in the process of selecting obgyns. I did not get to meet the doctor, but did not book an appointment due to the rudeness from the staff answering the phone.
