Dr otero and his team are very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend them I asked for the information of my appointments and the desk lady said “Oh no it’s just be word “ the months went by and they would cancel my appointments due to doctor being busy or going out for emergency. I was at 38 weeks according to them I still had a whole month to go it was horrible. Dr limas had to take care of me the day of giving birth and I loved it. El doctor es excelente pero el tiempo de espera es insoportable , hoy tuve mi cita a 1pm fui la 1 en llegar , eran las 2:50 y el doctor aun no me atendia, salí a preguntar si se tardaba mucho y me dicen q estaba en la habitación 5 , como es posible eso si yo era la 1 , o sea muy mal trabajo , no respetan el orden de llegada

I don’t understand why this clinic has such great reviews. Maybe it’s just because of the Doctor. Overall, wait time is ridiculous. I literally went to an appointment spent about 4 1/2 hours just to be seen by the doctor for 10 minutes. I was only seen once at this clinic and when I tried to transfer over to a different clinic for medical release information, they made it almost impossible Or you can say difficult for that information to be transferred over.
