Okay service overall. Average but okay.
Dr. I is the best doctor I have encountered and we are thrilled he is our baby's doctor. From his first exam of the baby after birth to his 6 month follow up, his attitude and extensive knowledge have made us untrusting 1st time parents feel reassured. He answers any questions we have (and we have many). He calmed our worries about every issue we have encountered with information, his extensive medical experience, and loveable & delightful personality. We were happy with Dr. I for the first four years he saw my son. I don’t understand why Dr. I had to fondle my son during his 4 year well-child check-up. There was no explanation of what Dr. I was checking for, or asking for permission; just seeing my son frozen in fear on the exam table. I called administration once we got home, but really wish I would have processed at the time what was happening so that I could have spoken up for my son. Never again will we trust him with our kids.
