Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Was this provider's office too loud? Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Not really. I usually have to wait a long time Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Sometimes, but most of the time they don't Did this OBGYN fully explain your treatment's risks and benefits? They explained, but not fully

Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes, but its hard to find Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes Was this OBGYN able to answer all of your obstetric or gynecological questions? Yes Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen

They exceeded my expectations Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen

Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, I felt informed when I left Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate!

Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? No, I'm always worried they're going to settle with a solution that isn't the best Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly
