Unable to to work with men's curls. Had asked for layering and my curls to be a bit evened out as many were much longer than others. Ended with my hair overall being 1mm shorter and no layers.

I went with 5 other women who all have south asian hair of varying thickness and length and all the staff were so talented with styling, and were very friendly!
i came in looking to get just a trim for my dead ends, just a blunt cut (no wash, no blow dry, no styling) and my hair goes down to my hips. the woman i had instructed me to stand for the service, and cut it too short, but i chalked it up to me having more dead ends than i thought and tried to view it as a blessing. upon getting home, i realized not only is the cut completely crooked, my hair is two different lengths when i pull it in front of my shoulders. she recommended that instead of a U or V shape in the back, i keep a... read more
