It was OK and I just wanted a partial low lights but she gave me full. I didn’t want anything but partial, no cut no style nothing. She wanted to dry may hair so we could see how it looked and they charged $65 to dry my hair. I would have left with wet hair if I knew that it would cost so much. It’s always been part of the service at every salon I went to. They were sneaky about it too. Totally ripped off
I’ve been there many times and it’s the only place that I had complete trust for an haircut in Ottawa. The owner is very approachable and nice to talk to. I had a great service every time I had a short visit. Professional and premium.
Atrociously expensive! Aggressive and rude hairdressers!! Don't go to this salon, you just have to look at the hairdressers' hair to tell you not to entrust them with yours. FLEE THIS LIVING ROOM
DO NOT COME HERE. I used to come here weekly it was great. I went in yesterday for highlights and a cut and walked out with the worst hair I’ve ever gotten from a salon. Was charged 550$ for highlights that are brass and orange around my face. My hair is damaged and the cut was awful my hair looks chopped.
