Oh my gosh! I have never experienced such rude people in my life. Also, the rudest and inept people to help. Dr. Renedo may be great, but her office staff is not.
I give 1 star only because I have to. I have Addisons disease and need medication on a daily basis, but the doctor will not give me a prescription on a regular basis. My other doctor gives me a year’s worth and then I have to go see them for my refill. Maria only gives me two months and then makes me come in to see her for a refill 🤨. I’m going to find a different doctor soon.

I was Referred to her for my Diabetes. Somehow my slightly high TSH became her biggest concern, and my 2nd appointment which was today, showed her, that I had no Thyroid problem. When I asked her about my Diabetes, she replied with, I'm not seeing you for your Diabetes, I'm seeing you for you Thyroid. Huh? Then she opened the door, gave the MA my labs and walked into another room to see a patient! I asked MA, "So, is that it?" She had to go in and ask the Dr, if I was done. In which she said, yes.
