I had never been to a dealership for service before so I did not realize you're supposed to wait in line in your car. I parked and they stared at me until the service center opened at 7. My appointment was set for 7am. I had arrived 10 min early. Took roughly 1.5 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation. They have excellent pricing with packages for Hondas which surprised me. Just bought a used vehicle from them, was told we had 30day warranty. Lasted 1 week and they refused to fix. Stated was for engine and transmission but I guess a thermostat and sensor aren't part of the engine 1 week!!!!!

I was quoted $3,000+ for a coolant temperature sensor replacement. Seriously what are y’all charging for. The part alone is $50-$80. You guys didn’t even have to take anything apart to show me what was wrong. Still had to pay the $200 diagnostic. Listen to this! Went to another mechanic and got it done for $150. Insane For anyone in a similar situation like mine, please take a moment, breath and look for a second opinion, take your time with such a huge decision because $3,000 is the price of a used car.
