I went to their dental office twice to report a problem with one of my teeth which has been bothering me for a month. They said there was nothing wrong with it. Well the problem didn’t get fixed. My tooth didn’t get better. It got worse. They apparently don’t know what the heck they’re doing. Please do better.
Dr. Fernandez is professional, through with her job; furthermore, she's very detailed oriented, and personable. I love the work she does, I trust doctor Fernandez.
this is the worst dental office the doctor is nice but not professional at all even her assistance and especially the RECEPTIONIST they are not HIPPA compliant at all they share patient's information in front of other patient's i missed ONE appt due to an emergency i had and i tried scheduling another one and her receptionist starts yelling saying I need to be sure if I'm going to attend because the DR depends on the money and she cannot have any cancellations! I really wish I didn't have to leave this review because I do like and trust Dr. Fernandez as a doctor but unfortunately her dentist office is lacking. - She just doesn't have enough doctors so the waits are 45 minutes at the minimum. The last time I went to visit I waited 55 minutes, almost an hour, before having to leave to go to work. - The lack of doctors and staff means that the office itself is dirty. Cleanliness is subjective but this place really needs a deep cleaning and feels like it hasn't had one in years. There ... read more
