If you want mental health support please do not come here. I had to switch three therapist the first one because she would do no shows for our therapy appointments. The second therapist her outlook was more of a Kumbaya outlook. And the third therapist actually said if I'm not in our zoom therapy session on our scheduled time can you send me a reminder text please! Haven't even been able to get services started because they either not answering the phones or not returning messages that are supposed to be left. I say supposed because I don't know if messages are being relayed or not. So a 1 star for now until I see a difference. Next will be some reporting concerning this. People need help and this is a government funded program that is dragging their feet and when they do answer they sound annoyed or uninterested that you're even calling... 🙄
