There is no better way to say this other then she is the best pool service out here in west Palm beach that we have dealt with. I called her last week Tuesday she came out gave a free inspection and gave us the quote and pointed out what needed to be done and she was given the go ahead by us and didn’t disappoint at all. We have used big and small pool services and Fernanda is definitely the most intelligent and knowledge; and most thorough cleaner we have had. She has figured things out pool companies can’t. Recommend highly
Fernanda’s pool did an amazing job with my pool. They did an acid wash and fixed some pavers. My pool was in bad shape and now looks wonderful! They show up on time and are priced very reasonably. I highly recommend them.
Fernanda and her associate Danilo do a fantastic job! They stay on top of things, are thorough and take responsibility for the quality and appearance of our pool water. We had an incident due to windy conditions that coincided with one of our large trees dropping tons of leaves, and our pool turned green overnight. Danilo insisted on coming out on a Sunday and spent as much time as needed to restore our pool to clear, even though he was coming for his regular visit the next day!!! Fernanda has been amazing since day 1! She is on time with our pool scheduled cleanings, when she took us on as clients our filter was in really bad shape she washed it and tried everything she could to save it for us. She is very knowledgeable and is always looking out for us. A guest cranked the heat up on our pool and she called me right away and warning me that would make our gas bill very high.
