Fernanda just started servicing my pool and I was instantly impressed. I had been using Barefoot Pools and they dropped the ball like a blind, epileptic person with no arms. Fernanda stopped by to give me an estimate on pool cleaning. It was clear from the first few minutes that she was super knowledgeable and she pointed out some issues that Barefoot Pools either didn’t realize or care that they existed. I finally found a wonderful contractor and pool cleaner in one company with FERNANDA’S POOL!!!
Fernanda has been amazing since day 1! She is on time with our pool scheduled cleanings, when she took us on as clients our filter was in really bad shape she washed it and tried everything she could to save it for us. She is very knowledgeable and is always looking out for us. A guest cranked the heat up on our pool and she called me right away and warning me that would make our gas bill very high. Fernanda was very responsive the first time we called her. Our pool had algae and was turning green. Fernanda came out that same day and within days had the pool sparkling clear again. She’s always prompt and does a great job. I especially like how she explains the steps she takes to keep the pool looking it’s best, and all the tips she gives me on how to keep it sparkling between visits. Her prices are very reasonable too - a great value for the money!!
