Rude, cuts you off, finishes your sentences and assumes what you are going to say but she is mistaken. Doesnt spend time when she is very late while you are early. Drive through style. Avoids getting to the botom of your sympotoms or treating you, dismissive, work avoidance, not being a dr. Doesnt listen to you. The worst....Does not care about you, just money...No response in an emergency...Staff is rude, incompetent, does not understand hippa, they are just as rude. They do not care about you or your health...Just how much you pay. The office manager, the others are the same. If you want all of your personal information sent all over your neighborhood etc. Same for the other doctors..... Kids are allowed to skateboard and slam into elderly patients...They also allow patients to hurt others. Run!
Very poor care from doctor. I would not recommend this doctor. She does not care about her patients and only cares about money and getting copays. If you want your health to fail, go to Da Silva.
Dr. Da Silva does not respond to her paitients. after over 12 telephone calls, she never responded to urgent need for medication and referrals. Her answering exchange said they sent the messages to her but she never opens up her email. What is the use of an answering service if the doctor does not answer her calls or messages?
For some reason, this office is always running late. You wait, and wait, and wait, and wait. Even when it comes to them answering the phone or returning phone calls, it takes them forever. I have been a patient there for over 7 years and I've only seen Dr. Da Dilva ONCE. Her staff (front desk, assistants, P.A.C.) are excellent- SHE'S horrible. When I did see her, it took hre forever to see me (even though I was her first patient) and then she rushed me! Go elsewhere!
Dr. Silva really listened to my concerns, issues, and without judgment while giving me suggestions and area I can improve on in my physical and mental health.
She is very caring and compassionate about her work. She listens to me and answers my questions and concerns honestly. I was really sick when I came to her. I did not know at that time I had pneumonia ....Dr. Da Silva immediately diagnosed me and to me she saved my life. I trust her with My Health......Recommend her to anyone. Caroline
