Very very good. The guy that was working yesterday was very helpful and caring. I love this storage unit very safe place to have your stuff. Thank u so much for your help yesterday when I need my door apart from being jammed up,and noticing that my lock was not on the door,can't believe I forgot to put it on that's how safe these places are,and he gave me a phone call to let me know. And also putting a couple things in my storage and in car,because they were too heavy. Thank u again I appreciate there business!
Before opening hours, I was at the storage unit trying to Get to my stuff and my lock would not open anymore. The staff there was amazing at assisting getting me a new lock, and the old lock taken off before they even opened. I would definitely recommend the storage unit to a friend and thank you staff for showing such urgency. It is truly appreciated.
Miss Peggy was so easy to work with, answered all of my questions, very good customer service and had me in and out of there in about 15 minutes start to finish. Great experience, and great customer service. Thank you for your help
