I had one of the best customer service experiences at Fern Ridge Self Storage. I’m embarrassed to say I didn’t catch the manager or agent’s name, but he was incredibly kind and made the entire process quick and easy. He showed me the storage unit, made sure it was something I’d be happy with, and once we confirmed the size, he walked me through all the rules. Nick and Peggy have been wonderful. They really made the process smooth and inviting. The tour of the facility was great and they take really good care of the facility.
Peggy and Jason where always very accommodating to keep and knowledgeable about their rates and information! - highly recommend renting from them
