I have had a tremendous fear of getting dental work done for a very long time, but Fern Ridge dental does a fantastic job. She is very good at talking a patient through everything. I'm looking forward to smiling with confidence again.
Had a filling done, they were supposed to fix one and made both of them worse. On top of that, I repeatedly asked them if they accept my Aetna savings and they continued to tell me "yes". I even handed the lady my Aetna card but she still insisted they accepted it. Turns out they dont so I spent over 1k for the 2 appointments I had. Would never recommend

While the majority of the staff have been very professional, friendly, and accommodating, my overall experience was not as good. Over the course of several months, I spent around $4000 cash on cleaning, xrays, and a number of fillings to bring my teeth back to 100%. My teeth were in good overall condition, but I had a couple chips and a few minor cavities that I wanted to have repaired. I was so happy to have my mouth back at 100%, but it was short lived.
