Lindsey the owner is a great baker. Get fresh pastries and great coffee
The savory scone was delicious and the house coffee had great flavor. The staff were very pleasant. Not a lot of seating, but I was getting my stuff to go anyway.
What a great find in unassuming Aloha! The pastry is very well made, so far I've tried the scrap muffins (almost like monkey bread, the pesto is incredible), a marionberry hand pie, and a cinnamon roll. The fillings and flavors shine thru. The coffee is excellent -Roseline is high quality and the lattes, machiatto, cortado are skillfully crafted. This has low key replaced my regular weekend run to a different bakery. I've still to try the crossaint, or breakfast sandwiches...the menu also changes often.
Excellent pastries, good coffee, and friendly staff. Do yourself a favor and stop in.
