Compassion and Caring Here! – I was diagnosed with cancer last fall and went to Keesha (who I had been seeing as my medical provider for a few months) for guidance. Fern Life gave me new life – I've now gone to Fern Life Center for two services: the colon hydrotherapy and the pancha karma. I loved both. I went in for colon hydrotherapy a couple of months ago because I'd had a lingering cold for almost 3 weeks. Keesha (the doctor there, actually an ARNP, but she seems to have encyclopedic knowledge about natural healing, and she'll spend time talking with you) recommended it, also because I'd had digestion problems. Frauds – BEWARE! I purchased two living social "deals" for $124. My purchase voucher had a late January expiration date. I attempted to redeem the vouchers in early January but I was rejected by the owner. She stated that they were completely booked in January and would not honor the vouchers after the expiration. She said I would be required to pay an additional $124 if I wanted to enjoy the services (i.e. the services that that they were already contractually required to provide to me). This man has never been to Fern Life Center, never spoken to me, and had my receptionist in tears as well as a patient who had written one of the 27 5-star reviews that are "filtered" on YELP. He verbally attacked her by calling her a "liar" and "pathetic". There is not one thing written here that is true. I am sure that something bad must have happened in his life and I wish him the best and send him positive energy that he might be healed and have a wonderful life.
Run away from Keesha Ewers! – I have been Keesha's patient for a while, when she just started in WA State. She prescribed all kinds of supplements to me, some of them almost led me to the emergency room (Ayurvedic), she never followed up! She also one time prescribed an herb to me and for the same condition, at the next appointment she prescribed an antibiotic, because she simply FORGOT that she already gave me an herb!! I have been in medicine for over two decades and know that at times people come along that get triggered when they are trying to heal. I wish you well and hope that you are able to find peace. Good luck finding out.... – I bought some services through Living Social Deals and was excited to try this place out; however, my excitement quickly waned. I sent an email to set up an appointment. They replied a daylater and said I had to call. I called several times and couldn't get a live person. When I finally did, I was able to schedule only to have them call the morning of and cancel. So I call the next day and ask to reschedule and they tell me that I have to wait until Monday to schedule. So is it a good place to go?... read more
Focus on the individual The staff and especially Keesha worked very hard to make sure I was comfortable working on my medical issues. I am a personal friend so have a bias, however as you can see I did not just give 5 stars. If you are interested in alternative therapies this the best place in Issaquah to explore Ayurveda and other alternatives. I have been to other alternative thearapist on the east side so know what I am talking about.
