They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Was this dermatologist friendly? Yes Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Yes, there is a definite trend of overbooking here Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Was the waiting area spacious? Yes

Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions

Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Does this provider remember you by name? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!
