Lived there interemly and moved out with a notice to the manager. The owner or manager never gave notice of why they held my deposit which there wasn't any reason, since I replaced a fan and receptacle without asking them to do so prior to moving in and it was spotless after moving out. The landlord never reached out which is illegal. I am still waiting for their return of deposit or response. I had complained about the apartment having smoke smell and residue,.
