Really helpful and friendly staff! Sales team and services team are some of the best. The sales process wasn't difficult and I never felt pressured. They do a great job making you feel comfortable and in control. I came today to get my first oil change, and just like I was promised at initial sale nearly 6 months ago, it was FREE! Included full inspection, tire rotation and a car wash! As a bonus, I purchased the new Apple car play. The whole process took about 90 minutes.

Poor customer service. The parts dept won't even get out of there chair to help you.
