Sorry I have nothing to say good about Ferman Ford in Clearwater. I am trying to contain myself over how they treated us and the lies we went through with them. Just watch yourself. They will squeeze and cover up every additional cost they can up to the last minute. They ripped us off on a new Maverick and charged us for items we did not need, or prep work not completed. Joe Callipare the salesperson told me I had 2 years of free charging with the purchase of my Ford Mustang Mach E. Once I purchased the car and asked him about it he told me where to register but it was NOT TRUE that I got 2 years but only 250KWH which is 3 to 5 charges..... Please be careful SCAM!
Just got my Ford Bronco I ordered last year. Brian was absolutely amazing. No pressure salesman. Courteous, polite, and down to earth. Thanks Ferman. I love my Bronco. The dealership made me feel special. I will be back but never to trade my Bronco. Only to assist family and friends in purchasing a vehicle. Again thanks Brian. Your honesty and integrity are not unnoticed.
I am utterly disgusted with the poor service I was given. The work I approved was not done well. After driving home barely making it I discovered a couple of nuts and bolts loose under the hood. I took it to Aamco in Clearwater (kudos to them for correcting your short comings). They found a hand full of bolts under the hood and let me know that they went to a part that they didn’t even replace and let’s not forget that I brought in a new headlamp to be replaced and that was not bolted down either (missing a bolt - it was pre... read more
