John and Tony provided an excellent and comfortable customer experience with our new Yukon purchase. Over the weekend, it was a pleasure to work with Misti regarding the purchase of a new SUV. She did an excellent job! She was very professional, patient, and friendly. Her communication was perfect; she was not too aggressive but always on top of things concerning the purchase of my new SUV. I bought my first car from Ferman Buick GMC and had the best experience with my salesperson, Jack. He was super patient and helpful the entire time. We test drove the car at least five times because I wanted to be sure it was the right one, and he never rushed me or made me feel pressured. Jack walked me through the whole financing process and even helped me get a better rate. Before I left, he made sure the car was fully detailed, waxed, and had a full tank of gas.
