Jovon Sandoval and Angelo Panico made a bad situation good! They are superb in their talent of customer satisfaction! After purchase of a brand new 2026 Acadia on 3/14/26, there were numerous issues w/the vehicle and both these gentlemen worked to trade out the vehicle. I commend their professionalism.
I spoke to Kevin, the sales manager at this dealership, made an appointment. I drove all the way from Palm Coast to Wesley Chapel to tell me when I got here that the truck was Sold. Nobody took the decency to make a phone call not to make the trip 3 and a 1/2 hour. Very bad business
I just wanted to say thank you to everyone! The Universe put me in the right hands! I got the truck when I had Amnesia and it was in my exs name! I didn’t have a clue about the recalls! Thank you Ryan who made it so easy for me! Thank you everyone else for making me comfortable and at home! I need an oil change etc now and I feel safe that not only will my truck be in good hands! But so will I!
