Positive experience I had a serious problem with a runflat tire on a 2011 BMW 75 miles from Palm Harbor. It was late in the afternoon and the Service Department had a new tire waiting and I was there for only 30 minutes right at closing. I have never had an automobile dealership experience as positive as this particular situation. Thanks to all who took the anxiety out of our visit.
Outstanding While this is my 8th bmw…this is my first one purchased at Ferman. I adore John [emailprotected]!%!*r who was/is my sales person.
