I had a great experience with Ferguson last week. Before my water heater broke, I had basically zero experience with sourcing parts locally. I called around everywhere; Ferguson answered the phone and was able to help me out and provide guidance when I needed it. When I got there to pick up, the employees were super nice and very helpful again. Overall, this is the experience I expect when buying something expensive. I’m happy to give them my money and will come back again to do business with them.
I have been a customer with Ferguson’s for years. The One employee that you guys have that I can 100% count on is Jeff Gilbert. I have never seen a man give so much for his company and for his customers. There is nothing that you can ask him for that he does not deliver on and that he has not put his heart into. NO WORDS CAN EXPLAIN... After having no water for a couple of days and going to 4 other plumbing places that said " sorry we can't help" in less than 5 mins of showing them and asking for help. Very clean, friendly, and convenient.
I needed some replacement parts for a spigot. The guys working there were friendly and knowledgeable and helped me easily identify which spigot I had and gave me a few options to go about repairing it.
