I have been a customer with Ferguson’s for years. The One employee that you guys have that I can 100% count on is Jeff Gilbert. I have never seen a man give so much for his company and for his customers. There is nothing that you can ask him for that he does not deliver on and that he has not put his heart into. NO WORDS CAN EXPLAIN... After having no water for a couple of days and going to 4 other plumbing places that said " sorry we can't help" in less than 5 mins of showing them and asking for help. I needed some replacement parts for a spigot. The guys working there were friendly and knowledgeable and helped me easily identify which spigot I had and gave me a few options to go about repairing it.
Chris and max are like two peas in a pod, the party’s always rolling and it’s fun grabbing a part and a donut! These guys rock!!
