This place had oddball parts I needed when no other place had them, and the person at the counter helped me immediately find them when I was overlooking them on the shelf. friendly and fast service with great selection. love this place!
I needed a Moen shower hose replacement and I called the store 3 weeks ago and had it shipped to my home. It was the wrong item. I went to the store and returned it and they reordered it. They got it wrong a total of 3 times, even after bringing in photos of what the hose looked like. Initially I was just going to order it from Amazon but a friend recommended this place. As far as a recommendation goes, I cannot.
