I h have rust pouring out from under the bathroom heater p Mainenance will get to it when they can,that was back in June, 2025 they called themselves fixing my mailbox, because it would not lock now I can't unlock ,but their busy, they'll get yo it when they can and I have ail building up in side.
This place is horrible, the management don't care, very unprofessional, they don't fix anything even if they do it's done very poorly, they have bugs, the air conditioner leaks, not very kids friendly.
I have a friend who lives at Ferguson Woods, and she was really nice to try to help me move there. But when she asked the landlord lady to fix some things in her apartment, the landlord got really angry and said some mean curse words. Then, she said that my friend couldn’t renew her lease the next month. I was on the phone the entire time she talked to her. Because of this, I decided not to move in.
