Very terrible as of 4 15 26 haven't had a/c have a poorly qualified maintenance man, they think a 30 day air filter is supposed to last a year, maintenance man want even attempt to see what's wrong with it,I would call and pay for it my damn self if I wouldn't be evicted, but won't be here long much anyway
My mother lived there for 3 months and was getting bit from the first night she moved in. Her furniture was new, including a $1200 mattress. Mom had 3 medical doctor appointments and 1 specialist, along with 2 ER visits due to this. There are BED BUGS in this building, not only in Apt 103, but according to the exterminator, they are also in other apartments. They have sprayed for BED BUGS several times. I lived here in 2012, I always really liked the building and the tenants.. But I had a problem with the property manager. She is nosey, way past the point of doing her job... and when I moved out she lied about the conditions of the apartment and has ruined my credit.
The bed bugs... geez, stay clear
