Had unit for almost a year. Never recieved contract because husband gave address we were moving out of, as men tend to do. Me, never having rented a place before did not realize there was a contract. Months gave by, repeated pattern of letting go a cpl months, then paying. After like 2 months they sent invoice and I would pay, and occasionally paid a 25 late charge in total for the 2 or 3 months I owed. Rentes a storage locker it became damp and ruined our stuff. Being "climate controlled unit" we thought it would stay dry. Our fault for not purchasing insurance.
