I Asked desk tech to have service tech let me see part before replacing....didn't happen. Then miraculously I'm missing an item out of my car door pocket! Surveillance viewed. Got no help til I started yelling and I called police!! Then My car was too far out of range to determine who took it or who "actors" were involved!! Place desperately needs an update. I did feel bad for owner/manager to know that there's someone there that can't be trusted.... Def can't go back
Slow service, cold, noisy waiting area. Quality of service seems to be moving in the wrong direction.
I want to thank management for getting my mom in this past Saturday. And taking good care of her. All I had to do was call and they took care of the rest!! I've been dealing with them for many years and will continue!! Thank you Mr Brooks!

Great service! I get my tires there, but they also do brakes, allignments, oil changes, and more. Plus, they have wonderful window displays for Weirton Main Street viewers.
Ferguson Tire has always helped My family and Myself every time we've had any issues. They are a very hard working company. They give you the time to see what's needed and they will do what they can to help fix your problems.
Just wanted to give a shoutout thanks for fixing my daughters flat tire and mounting the spare back up under the car. The extra customer care is appreciated. Thanks.
