I’m extremely disappointed in the service received from Ferguson Subaru when bringing my car here for an oil change on April 20th, 2026. I’m on the road often and have been to tons of different Subaru dealerships all over the USA and this was the worst service experience I’ve encountered. First off, they didn’t replace the windshield sticker letting me know when my next oil change was due, they just left the sticker from my previous oil change received in California. The installation instructions were totally inadequate. I'm still trying to figure out how to get the parts installed.
Jeremy was an awesome salesman. Explained everything simply and repeated things when my mom needed to hear it again. He was so kind and helpful to my mother and helped her into a car that she wanted while keeping her comfortably in her price range.
Great service department! Always has done good work on my Subarus. Highly recommended.
