Shopping parts to repair Kohler toilet, we found James("Huck") extraordinarily helpful. He advised re how we could immediately address the issue, and helped identify an option (replace tank, including all mechanisms) to permanently fix issue quickly & without fishing for fiddly parts. Thank you, James!
HVAC stopped working and after self-diagnosing (thank you Google), was able to stop in and pick up part for less than $20. Counter clerk was really helpful in terms of reinforcement concerning what I needed to do. Close to home, will definitely use again if need be.
