Some time ago this company took over managing a property that I had lived on with my parents for 7 years prior to them taking it over from a different Real Estate Company. They didn’t do a year’s lease like they were asked to do upon coming to do an inspection on the home for their records. Lived in a house for 5 years and could never get them to come fix stuff when needed. Which I fixed a lot on the house cuz I didn’t have time to wait on them to say they would send someone out and then never did. Hot water heater broke and the sent 3 different plumbers before they would replace it after all of them said it need replaced. Hot water heater from 1997.
