Never buy a vehicle from Ferguson. I recently bought a used truck (2019) from them (less than 2 months ago) and I have already had to replace the catalytic converter, had the sunroof repaired for leaks and just replaced the battery yesterday (the tech told me the old one was undersized and never should have been installed on a vehicle this size). There was a day in time when dealers would make something like this right in some way, but not Ferguson. Terrible experience and will not go back.
I had been looking at several Ridgeline pickups around the OKC area. Before going to Ferguson, I had a particularly bad experience with a car being sold out from under me at Eskridge. Never been treated so bad or lied to as badly as I had there. This guy reminded me why "used car salesman" was such an insult when I was growing up. We really enjoyed working with Sam! He was very kind, friendly and helpful. If you go with Ferguson for a used vehicle, be sure ask for Sam. He’ll treat you right! Ferguson was great too, they worked with us on how we wanted to pay for our truck. They made the process quick and easy. Thanks guys!
