Overall great experience. AJ Jennings was great at helping through the process. He sent information and more photos before we got there. The whole process was easy and fast. I would definitely recommend AJ and Ferguson.

Bought our first vehicle from Ferguson and to say the customer service was amazing is an understatement. Alyssa kept in contact with us before we ever hit the lot and was with us the whole process until we got to Lori in finance. Again, amazing service!
I had already signed some of the paperwork on an used truck. Then, I was informed that the vehicle didn't have a 2nd key fob (was told by the new car salesman on the used lot that it probably had another fob, but that wouldn't be a problem. We specifically asked). Then while I'm signing the paperwork they said it would be another 500$. "You can't just go to Walmart and get another one". I'm not at Walmart, I'm buying a gmc from a gmc dealership.
I bought a car from this dealership, Dalonda in sales and Nathan in finance were great. Fast forward a year and some change and I decided to take my truck back in to this dealership to get some work done on it (the truck just needed to be realigned and I just asked for a basic check-up to make sure my vehicles health was up to date). I brought my truck in for work on 12-18-25, when I first brought it in I was told that the repairs would be done by Monday or Tuesday (12/22 or 12/23) at the latest.
