I needed a Moen shower hose replacement and I called the store 3 weeks ago and had it shipped to my home. It was the wrong item. I went to the store and returned it and they reordered it. They got it wrong a total of 3 times, even after bringing in photos of what the hose looked like. Initially I was just going to order it from Amazon but a friend recommended this place. As far as a recommendation goes, I cannot.
The price you pay for an item if you aren't a contractor is very high compared to anywhere else. Example: kitchen faucet cartridge replacement is $15 on Ebay, $25 at Walmart, $40 at Home Depot and $44 at Fergusons. Don't blame me if your sales are down and you have to go out of business as I purchase somewhere else. No price matching and no military discount that you get at the big box stores.
