If they want to close earlier they have to change their sign I am here and they will answer the phone but they keep their door shut It makes no sense, employees are not incentivized to help the company to sell more. Even if they have to stay a few more minutes after hours they should stay, that is their duty
It was such a wonderful experience . The guys were so helpful. The one with the glasses was amazing. I wish I could have taken him home. He was the best.
I share the negative Customer Service feedback. We are building a new home, the builder recommended Ferguson, Cincinnati location and a specific contact. We dropped in just to look at pricing and selection. We were in there for over and hour. Not a SINGLE sales associate acknowledged or greeted the entire time.
