My wife and I were in the store last week ordering toilets, lights, and a kitchen sink. Kathryn Williams was our sales rep and she was fantastic. Her knowledge of the products and honest guidance allowed us to choose with confidence and within budget. She worked with our plumber and builder directly making it even easier to complete the selection process. It was a very pleasurable experience and I would definitely recommend this very competent and customer oriented team.
apparently you need an appointment or they wont even talk to you. I will try that.
I received very poor customer service. Was told that they would get back with me after receiving the information I sent to them, on products I was definitely purchasing. (They did confirm that they received my information.) Called them twice afterward. Never heard from them again. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere. They lost a big sale due to poor customer service. Very dissatisified.

Fergusons is the best place to find those hard to find items for around the home. I was amazed at all the variety and the items you dont have easy access to elsewhere. So, before you have someone order a part or item, I would check these guys out. They are the best at customer service and willing to go an extra step to make sure you have what you need or know how to do your project properly. Well they didnt post my last review, maybe I used to many bad words so Ill try again.Pulled into this store a week or so ago looking for some parts. The guys at the front counter were busy so this guy from a desk on the main floor to the left, stood up walked over to me and asked "what I wanted". When I told him I just wanted to look around he rolled his eyes back as he had to get up for nothing. When I told him what I wanted he acted confused and then corrected me in a sarcastic way. extremely helpful and friendly even with a novice plumber like myself. and to top it off I couldnt find better prices on fixtures anywhere including online discount stores.
