Not open until 4:30! They were closed when i got here at 4. I called ahead and asked when they close and was told 4:30 just like it says on the door that was locked at 4. What i waste of gas and time and not I can’t finish my job today because i don’t have time to go elsewhere. Two thumbs down for Ferguson! 👎👎

Our fridge has been leaking and it’s brand new. I called “kim”(old in her 60s white lady) few weeks ago, she couldn’t help and stated she couldn’t find us in the system. She said she will call us, she didn’t call. I called this week to follow up because our freezer is now defrosting, some white lady answered and said she will put in a service.
