I really appreciate Gabriel helping me get the right Pressure Reducing Valve after trying to get the stubborn nut off the old one in order to replace the internal parts. The MRF date on the old one says 1006. Oct. 2006? The second I showed him the photo he knew it right away. This DIY project was a success because the water pressure with the old PRV was around 100 psi and with the new one I was able to set it to 72 psi. After that I installed an expansion tank for our water heater. SUCCESSFUL DAY!
