What an incredible experience! SIX STARS!!!!!! It’s rare that someone working at a counter will go out of their way for simple items let alone for something they have to build for you right on the spot. Chris was on duty when we needed a particular outdoor shower drain and it required skills to replace that I do not possess. He literally went out in his truck and found the piece that would make our outdoor shower function again, and put it together on the spot in the store without charging me an additional fee for it. Just left here, walked out actually... had to go for my husband. I was needing a lock nut for faucet even brought the faucet with me. The man started to somewhat help me then went and looked not even long at wall near door then returns to counter where I was waiting and starts helping the men in line behind me.. having to write down what they have because their computers are down. I've never felt that way ever by any place of business I've been to.
