I have never been so disappointed in lack of service like this before! Thankfully Pace was right across the street and eager to help! I went in yesterday looking for lighting and new faucets for my kitchen. I walked in to see a young woman sitting at a desk, she looked up and smiled but not a hi or what brings you in. We might as well have been invisible. We walked in and no one said anything. The young lady stating at the front desk did not stop to say hello or even acknowledge that we were in the store. We walked past another person who looked up, nodded our way, but said nothing. The entire time we walked through the store no one spoke to us. Caleb was a superstar counter guy. I've been getting parts from u guys for 20+ years and he's probably the best I've seen. You guys got a real asset there
